Wisconsin Health Insurance Exchange

The Wisconsin health insurance exchange was being implemented. The prototype Wisconsin health insurance exchange was located at exchange.wisconsin.gov , however, it is currently down. Scott Walker recently rejected funds for the health insurance exchange. If Wisconsin doesn't take control over this process, then it will be handled by the department of health and human services instead.
